How to practice

  1. Inhale for 4 seconds (through the nose)
  2. Hold for 8 seconds
  3. Exhale for 8 seconds (through the nose)

Safety

Not suitable for: Pregnancy, High blood pressure, Heart conditions.

Dry land only. Never practice breath holds in water without a trained buddy.
