Sitali (Cooling Breath)

Inhale through a curled tongue to cool body and temper.
Sitali pranayama draws air over a curled tongue (or pursed lips), physically cooling the airway. Traditionally used to settle heat, irritability and anger - useful after workouts in hot weather too.
How to practice
- Inhale (Tongue) for 4 seconds (through the mouth)
- Exhale for 6 seconds (through the nose)
